1The guaranteed floor is based on the Minimum Accumulation Value (MAV), which is equal to the premium growing at 2.8% per year, adjusted for withdrawals and any applicable withdrawal charges.
2Indices are unmanaged. Clients cannot invest directly in an index.
3The Lifetime Income Builder guaranteed living benefit rider is available only in Power Index Premier NY.
4The initial income percentage ranges from 4.40% to 7.15% based on the issue age and the number of individuals covered under the GLB rider.
5The lifetime income withdrawal rate is guaranteed to increase by 0.20% each year income is delayed until the earlier of 15 years or until lifetime income is activated.
6Interest earned is subject to index rate caps that limit the upside potential. Interest earned will never be less than zero in down or flat markets. The S&P 500, Russell 2000 and MSCI EAFE are price return indices and do not include the impact of dividends.
7Based on AB research of hypothetical scenarios. Results are not guaranteed. Index annuities are not a direct investment in the stock market. They are long-term insurance products with guarantees backed by the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company. They provide the potential for interest to be credited based in part on the performance of the specified index, without the risk of loss of premium due to market downturns or fluctuations. Index annuities may not be appropriate for all individuals.

Lifetime income is available through annuitization or an optional guaranteed living benefit (GLB) rider. Annuitization is a process that permanently converts your annuity contract to income payments that can be guaranteed for life. Once annuitized, you will no longer have access to your contract value. With a GLB rider, you retain access to your contract value, even after lifetime withdrawals begin. Withdrawals may be subject to federal and/or state income taxes. An additional 10% federal tax may apply if clients make withdrawals or surrender their annuity before age 59½.

All contract and benefit guarantees, including any fixed account crediting rates or annuity rates, are backed by the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company. They are not backed by the broker/dealer from which this annuity is purchased, by the insurance agency from which this annuity is purchased or any affiliates of those entities and none makes any representations or guarantees regarding the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company.
